Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and SEO Wires ("we", "us", or "our") and govern your access to and use of the SEO Wires website and application (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

SEO Wires provides software that crawls websites, analyzes competitors, identifies content opportunities, and generates research and drafts using artificial intelligence. The Service is offered "as a service" and may evolve over time as we add, remove, or change features.

2. Account registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least sixteen (16) years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit URLs or content that you do not own or have permission to analyze.
• Use the Service to crawl or analyze websites in violation of their terms, robots.txt directives, or applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Service or generated artifacts in a way that competes with SEO Wires.
• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, infringing, or that exploits or endangers minors.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or interfere with its operation (for example, by sending spam or by overloading our infrastructure).

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (URLs, briefs, prompts) and of the generated artifacts produced for your account (outlines, drafts, articles), subject to the rights you grant us in these Terms. You grant SEO Wires a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely as needed to provide the Service. We will not use your content to train shared models without your explicit consent.

5. AI-generated content

Generated artifacts are produced by machine-learning systems and may contain errors, omissions, or material that resembles other works. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before publication, including for accuracy, originality, and compliance with applicable laws (including copyright, advertising, and disclosure rules). SEO Wires makes no warranty that generated artifacts are suitable for any particular purpose or free of third-party claims.

6. Credits, plans, and billing

Some features consume credits. Credit balances, prices, and plan details are described in the application. Unless explicitly stated, credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may expire. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled, and you authorize us to charge the payment method on file. Taxes are your responsibility unless we are required by law to collect them.

7. Free trials and grants

We may offer trial credits or free plans at our discretion. Free offerings may have feature limits and may be modified or discontinued at any time. We may verify identity (including email verification) before granting trial credits and may revoke credits obtained through abuse.

8. Refunds

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us within thirty (30) days of the charge and we will review in good faith.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if your use poses a security or legal risk, or if continuing to provide the Service is no longer commercially reasonable. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will delete or anonymize personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED ARTIFACTS WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR SEARCH RANKING OR BUSINESS OUTCOME.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SEO WIRES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO SEO WIRES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SEO Wires from any claim, demand, loss, or damages arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SEO Wires is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will give reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
